Our work

Phronis provided civil and structural design, 12D expertise and RPEQ certification for the $16.5B Carmichael Rail Project. Working with Aarvee, we supported delivery of a 200km greenfield rail line, progressing design to Issed for Construction (IFC) and enabling approval for construction under Australian standards.

Phronis provided engineering and estimating services for feasibility and FEL studies at Vale’s Moatize Coal Mine in Mozambique. Our work supported ROM feed beneficiation, waste rock removal and plant upgrade initiatives, including rotary breaker upgrades and coal handling and processing plant (CPP) improvements.

Phronis partnered with MyNu Energy to design and deliver scalable Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) solutions using repurposed electric vehicle batteries. This included development of a 1MW fixed system and progression into modular, trailer-mounted units, enabling flexible, plug-and-play deployment for commercial and mobile energy applications.

Phronis provided design management, construction support and project advisory services for the Petrie Mill Development Project, supporting Moreton Bay City Council’s delivery of civil infrastructure for the University of the Sunshine Coast Petrie Campus and broader precinct development.
