Phronis supported the development and delivery of the coal handling and preparation plant (CHPP) for the Olive Downs Coking Coal Project. Our role spanned feasibility, tendering and execution, including owner’s engineering design reviews, procurement and contract award for the ~$200M processing plant facility.

Phronis delivered design management, tender development and procurement support for the rail infrastructure component of the Olive Downs Coking Coal Project. The scope included development of alignment options and tender design for ~19km of private rail connecting the mine to the mainline, including a balloon loop and associated civil and track infrastructure.

Phronis has delivered a broad portfolio of engineering and project management services for Redland City Council, spanning community infrastructure, flood studies, transport and asset upgrades. This includes both external project delivery and embedded project management support, contributing to safe, cost-effective and technically robust outcomes across the LGA.

Phronis delivered electrical balance-of-plant and ancillary system design, including HV, LVac, LVdc and communications cabling, installation infrastructure and associated documentation. The scope also included revisions to piling, foundations and string layouts informed by PVSyst modelling and shading assessments, through to commissioning procedures and As-Built drawings.
